COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS•

Today one of my clients from the 🇬🇧 was asking that “Nadin If I eat extremely healthy this week and I exercised everyday, can i loose 1 kg until next monday” 😅she continued “I saw on instagram X dietitian sharing that one of her clients lost 3.6 kg in one week” 🤦🏼‍♀️⁣

Like this client of mine I know that many of you are influenced by whatever random posts you see on Social media and especially if it’s related to someone’s weight loss progress 💯 ⁣

I need to highlight here that each person is a whole different world and needs to follow a personalized diet and exercise plan depending on weight, sex, age, fitness and activity levels, schedule, lifestyle, etc.. So it’s normal that your progress is going to be TOTALLYY different than your friends’ or neighbors’ 😏⁣

The simplest example is that weight loss is proportional to your starting weight‼️.. A 110 kg person may lose up to 5 kg per week but this is not possible in a normal weight person if following a healthy lifestyle 🙄⁣

NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF OR YOUR PROGRESS TO SOMEONE ELSE! 🤗Celebrate the small victories🔥 and be very proud of yourself whatever the result is🙇🏼‍♀️as you’re putting soo much effort in this, you need to have self-appreciation .. sooner or later you’ll reach there💕
